Lawrence Sharrett

Co-Director — Based in Thessaloniki, Greece, and Sofia, Bulgaria, Lawrence serves international clients as a counseling psychologist, a leadership coach, and an educational consultant. Holding graduate degrees with high honors in Counseling Psychology & Psychotherapy (MSc., The American College of Greece), Educational Leadership (M.Ed., East Tennessee State University), and Theology (M.Div., Trinity Evangelical Divinity School), he works with individuals, small groups, communities, and institutions to help facilitate experiences for well-being and leadership growth.

Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience through the roles of international educator, professional athlete, pastoral leader, mental health counselor, and leadership coach in various countries around the world. Along with running, having coffee with a friend, and spending time with his family, he enjoys research and writing in the fields of education, psychology, and theology. In the near future, he hopes to publish some writing based on a plethora of qualitative data through personal and professional experience. Together with Jen, Lawrence is serving as co-director and pastoral leader for Cyclical Europe.
