About Us

Jen Lac

Co-Director — Jen Lac works in the areas of faith and other community development initiatives. She has worked in community development and integration services for refugees. She has a Master’s Degree in Theology from the University of McGill in Montreal, Canada.

Along with her work, Jen is really interested in learning about what it takes to build strong neighborhoods and environmental issues. For fun she likes to paint, go out for dinner and read comedy novels. She has recently moved from Toronto and now lives with her husband and three children in France. Together with Lawrence, Jen is serving as a co-director of Cyclical Europe.

Lawrence Sharrett

Co-Director — Lawrence Sharrett is from the United States and is currently based in Thessaloniki, Greece and Sofia, Bulgaria with his wife and young daughter. He is a graduate of King University (B.A.), East Tennessee State University (M.Ed.), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.Div.), and The American College of Greece- Deree (MSc). His fields of study include behavioral science, educational leadership, theology, and counseling psychology.

Lawrence is a mental health counselor, an educator, and a student of theology and world religions. Lawrence’s professional career experience includes work with people from all stages of life and from many socioeconomic, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds. Lawrence enjoys running, shooting basketball, having coffee with friends, cultivating community and wellbeing, and creatively discovering beautiful things. Together with Jen, Lawrence is serving as co-director of Cyclical Europe.
